What we keep, and why
Sample privacy notice for a demo site. This demo stores nothing outside your browser. A real salon needs its own notice, reviewed under UAE data protection law.
What we collect when you book
Your name, your WhatsApp number, your appointment (service, stylist, date and time) and any note you add.
Why
To keep your booking, to send your confirmation and reminders, and, if you asked for reminders, a message when it's time to book again.
Who sees it
The Sorrel team. Messages go through the salon's own WhatsApp Business account.
How long we keep it
Your bookings for as long as you are a client, and no more than two years after your last visit.
Stopping messages
Reply STOP to any message and we won't send you another. Your booking still stands.
A copy, or deletion
Ask at the desk or reply to any message, and we'll send you a copy of what we hold or delete it.
