What to expect
Everything worth knowing before your appointment, from patch tests to parking.
Before you come
- Please arrive five minutes early.
- For colour, come with clean, dry hair.
Your first colour
- Book the free colour consultation first. It takes 15 minutes.
- We do a patch test at least 48 hours before your colour.
- We agree the shade and the price before we start.
Changing or cancelling
- Please give us 4 hours' notice, or 24 hours for colour and keratin.
- Use the buttons in your WhatsApp messages, or the link in them.
Running late
- Reply to your reminder and we'll let your stylist know.
- After 15 minutes we may need to shorten or move your appointment.
Privacy
- Sorrel is ladies only.
- A screened styling room is there for anyone who prefers more privacy. Just ask when you book.
Paying
- Cards, Apple Pay, cash.
- All prices include 5% VAT.

- A short walk from the Metro Red Line.
- Paid parking nearby.
