We book only as many clients as we have chairs, so you start within ten minutes of your time.

Every price is online and includes VAT. Anything extra is agreed before we start.

A patch test before first colour
A free 15-minute consultation, at least 48 hours before your first colour with us.

Clean, every client
Tools cleaned between clients. New nail files and buffers for every manicure.

Ladies only, and private
A screened styling room for anyone who prefers more privacy. Just ask when you book.

Not right? We fix it
Tell us within seven days and we'll put it right, free.

Before you book
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Yes. Use the buttons in your WhatsApp messages, or the link in them. Please tell us at least four hours before, or 24 hours before for colour and keratin.
Do I need a patch test?
Before your first colour with us, yes. Book the free 15-minute consultation at least 48 hours before.
Can I choose my stylist?
Yes, or choose 'Anyone available' to see the most times.
Do prices include VAT?
Yes, every price on this site includes 5% VAT.
Is it women only?
Yes. Sorrel is a ladies' salon, and everyone on the team is a woman.
How can I pay?
Card, Apple Pay or cash.
