What to expect
- First colour with us? Book the free colour consultation first. We do a patch test at least 48 hours before your colour.
- Your consultation is free and takes 15 minutes.
- We agree the shade and the price before we start.
- Book root colour every five to six weeks to keep it even.

Why do I need a patch test?
It checks how your skin reacts to the colour before we use it. We do it at least 48 hours before your first colour with us, during the free 15-minute consultation.
Why do some prices say "from"?
All-over colour, balayage and keratin depend on hair length. We confirm the price at your consultation, before we start.
Who does balayage?
Lina, our colour specialist. She works Wednesday to Sunday.
